There has yet to be any deployment and already there are helicopter crashes, previous helicopter crashes, daily casualties, lack of cohesiveness, lack of initiative, and the news is plastered with casualties and worsening of the matter. Meanwhile, the Democrats in power know it is over for them and keep telling how they will make a final and very careful decision; never to goof or market rash decisions; to demand a good enough government and to never place US troops in harms way.
Does anybody smell a traitor and a little POS? I was afraid of this and halted or asked to halt all operations; until otherwise to reduce any attacks while delays and feet dragging continue. There is no need to scare off and get our coalition forces killed. Pakistan is also kicking up and driving the Taliban back into Afghan. Well, either hurry up or halt all operations to minimize the bad news and body count. In this stage of war; damage control is essential; however, I was aware the DEA had been fighting a war there for the past year.
