Chapter says, "But what is their strategy against us... arrest of racist in Chicago and Los Angeles." Hides the union labor and communist organization and the use of crime to facilitate a higher existence of politics and revolution. Curious about the strategy and says quiet about the embarrassment and how they eased past the defenses. Also, does not want to say anything which can alert the public. Says the political police are in a tizzy trying to find them and "Katherine" is an expert with makeup and disguise (show this to me in 1989-1990 at NVCC and police science class; Katherine would sit behind me, tap my feet and changed her looks each day). Chapter carefully hints to the evasion of arrest and capture; to never let the authorities lock on their identity, location, or known profile.

I believe she is this link to the murder and kidnapping in Ocean City, MD of a couple by a US Navy SEAL and his hot girlfriend and sports star.

September 18, 1991: explains how the system is throwing all of its resources to root out and eliminate this "racist conspiracy." The system is paranoid and worried deeply. Mentions the town of Hagerstown, MD (Surf Bar stopped at); plan to arm and seek better shelter for 4; leased entire apartment and furnished police with SS numbers; says the political police have not connected the dots to the address, all of them are short on money and the facility is stocked; need cash badly; says their bank accounts are frozen and there is a problem; explains the political police is monitoring the central computers and tracking their whereabouts with financial records; uses a bike to get around; bragging about the safe house and the living quarters; explains they are in short need of cash, food, housing, and weapons; need to go into action with other units (drug gangs, mafia, criminal organizations); plan a robbery of a liquor store and food market; Henry says crime is bad for their reputation and PR; Henry has the moral strength needed for a leader; chose a Jewish shop owner; describes black customers; $800 from the liquor store armed robbery; Henry chooses a new store; Henry murders the shop owner and shows how to quiet loud victims. On way back to DC, news about arrests and killings, body count and gun fights. Claims a spectacular gun battle.

"The system" stuck them in cells full of blacks, to punish them (Exactly what happened in 2002 to 2005). Explains that confusing and the system's legal system is torture - use of blacks, roommates, and cell mates. Says regardless they are safe in jails; hell raisers; how their people are punished. Claims it aggravates their equality goals. Begins Chicago gang of bigots and hateful Chicago hate groups of Jewish descent. Rant now turns to Jews and racism, "the responsible conservative... the Jew is less fortunate." Goes into a fantasy about car bombings and beheading Jews with cleavers. Explains the euphoria and excitement watching TV Wars and gun fights; "the racist got away" and the system anticipates this reaction. Says in Chicago, the racist system is stopping people on the streets and asking for papers; the paranoia of the hateful system. Explains Chicago is targeting blacks and blatant racism. The term "racist" and "racism" is repeated at least 100 times in this chapter when describing Chicago and the system. Claims that all of the media's efforts are to justify this racism.

Chapter describes everything I have described as a harassment tactic, recruitment, and over 20 years of this cat and mouse game. There are gruesome tests and observations of this communist and labor union groups. Chicago is the machinery of the Democratic Party. It is also the HQ of Irish, Catholic, and Italians in the Midwest and a center of trade for commodities. It is a major nerve center for the Catholic, communist, liberal, and Democratic Party. Identifies the media, propaganda, and all efforts to justify this racism. This chapter and Chicago is about psychological warfare, fear, and terror or worry; they perfected the Chicago system.

Still the September 18, 1991 entry: euphoric about Chicago and victory while eating at a diner, wants to put a brick in all the windows of the cars in parking lot to celebrate; has to keep cool and deliver the weapons cache. There are two groups: units legal and underground units - underground are marked for arrest by direct action, legal units are not known to the system and thus impossible to prove membership; says this tactic taken directly from the communists and KGB. The communists provide them with, "intelligence, funding, legal defense, and other support. When an underground unit encounters a potential recruit, he is ordered to turn this information over to a legal who then will approach the prospect and sound him out. The legalism are also supposed to handle the low risk propaganda activity... we should not have had any propaganda with us. When the information is established, it will go to the proper person for a follow up." Goes to a drive thru movie in order to talk and not arouse suspicion; then neighbors are getting suspicious and listening in. It became dangerous for them to stay in facility and building. Explains that building and housing has been condemned. Explains that roads are in bad shape and nobody fixes roads. Landlord has an arrangement with city hall to wipe out all records; takes $600 a month; a place to manufacture illegal drugs and will not snoop around. Building looks like hell on the outside and litter is everywhere has signs of construction and metal work. There are trucks coming and going at all hours of the day; there is no suspicion from the police and no probable cause; calm. Now there are problems with the water meter, suspicions about the water boiler, and electric meter. Explains how to cut off electric at the box and wiring jumpers to the power lines. They are sleeping in bags, on the floors, and using electric heaters.

September 30, 1991: busy and working hard, no time; explains plans are misleading if not flexible and too rigid; explains there are 11 other field units around DC and they possess transmitters; communications are done orally, face to face; no telephone use; no record able devices; radio enables them to pass code easily; claims I am writing this dictionary and manual and one person in each unit has to memorize my work; they are deciding what I write and the issues or topics (Limbaugh-Hannity and radio dialogues); Says the radio contacts are simple, easy, and can stay below the radar. The messages are going by a "message dictionary" and "numerical setting of coding system." Explains how sophisticated the communication and message transmission is and the police has not been able to break it or discover it; however, it is on all the time and transmits in only one second bursts. They developed it and manufactured the equipment (electrical engineering background and Wireless Phone or industry in 1999). Author(s) state "this is a briefing and a situational report... gist is although there has been no trouble in the Washington area yet... DC is worried about field reports from our informants with the political police. The system is going all out to get us. 100s of people who have sympathies... arrested and interrogated... has not pinned anything definite on us yet... no real clues... reactions... working on a computerized internal passport system... threat of penalty and told to carry it at all times... huge national data bank and computer center (DHS and Homeland Security); "Anything is permitted in the fight against racism. It will take at least 3 months to get the new system up and running, considered a fait accomplish."

Chapter sums up the entire plot to destroy America: This is exactly what was occurring in this big brother house from 2006 to 2010 in upstate NY; it is drug related. It is linked to pot growing and a Chronic pot ring in Chantilly, VA. Book describes upstate NY as "picking local unit commanders for operation." I have at least three films on building, stocking, selecting, cultivating, and harvesting variations of Chronic; also security methods on concealing the activity. Someone sent this with odd porn with look a-likes of Ann Coulter and black and white hardcore porn. I watched all of it to determine if it was just entertainment, coded, learning manuals, etc... Studied all materials sent. This is about Homeland Security and Defense; not what they describe. It is to build a wall and to force anybody out who does not agree, surrender, or speaks out. This is how they defend the ghettos and hood from invasion or eviction; how to fight the political police and FBI. If DHS detects a "phony message or code it will send a message to the closest police station." So they are using the police like the Klan to terrorize people in their homes; adopting the tactics of hate and racism; an eye for an eye. This new system they are building is terrorism, homeland security, and national security police forces. The communists and labor unions are on the move and building a new security method to defend their homes and prevent eviction or firings.

October 3, 1991: pouring over details; perimeter alarm (surveillance camera and peeping tom camera with internal alarms) handy man activity around property; arrival of customers; pressure sensitive pads; photo electric beam; photocell sensors and reflectors; clock recorder; trash and dirty property; crawl space in sewers; dumping things in sewers leaving evidence; Katherine refuses to let him shower until he finishes; hoses him down and throws clothes away.

October 6, 1991: finished bomb on FBI; did the trigger work; blasting gelatin; does not know the kind of explosives for fuse; using lead aide detonators; (Note: using a mercury charge connected to a timer; then the timer is placed on top of an apple sauce can filled with blasting gelatin; then he packs the detonators with the unknown material) has a truck full of explosives; switches are in the cab; 10 minute timer; FBI building and 3 billion dollar computer; picking out local unit commanders.

Passport system suspicious: trial balloons detect illegals and detections; labor unions see illegally as threat in times of hardship; liberals oppose this passport system; claims a front cover to detect illegal aliens; labor unions saw illegal as threat to jobs; racist overtone; amnesty and citizenship evaporated opposition; system is destined to deceive and trick the population; hostile and intimidated to go along; goal is to root out and find "racists which are us"; grown soft, indulgent, befuddled, and incredulous; chains on soul and minds; mark of slavery (anti-slaves and liberation theory) iron chains are coming; should have rebelled centuries ago before "racial mix jungles" (melting pot); cannon fodder to subjugate Europe; why not rise up before and cut their throats; guns are being taken away; put end to obnoxious plan instead of being disarmed; naive conservatives and sophisticated liberals; "the sewers from the east"; the chains are linked by link to the subjugation; easier and safer to go along just one step further; white race being eradicated; herd of human cattle; inadvertent decadence or diminishing lifestyles; brainwashing caused more decadence reasons; if they fail now then all will be lost; enemy they are fighting will destroy their racial basis; "a horde of indifference... zombies... no white men to remember us and God's great experiment will come to an end... planet will be devoid of higher man."

Explains "nice place" and acres of land and house. Mentions a transmitter and some form of heavy duty communications, to contact Washington DC field command. Explains they lack education is electronics and needs to learn high technology; to keep up. Keep messing up the transmitters and chargers. Makes a comparison between electric, high tech, and oil; superiority. Begins to criticize how incompetent and inept guerrilla forces are; how they lack education and electric. There is mention of food, stolen food, and canned food (describe as dumpster diving). "Informants" are the people who are educating the guerrilla groups and field groups. Skips to scene of Katherine the nurse. Katherine is treating his wounds, in deep pain, and swollen. Katherine comes in and makes things "loveable" like a wife or spouse. Now there is a sense of home and love with Katherine; no longer alone.

There is a shower scene with Katherine and the two guys. Katherine is "wet, naked, and lovely... I held out my arms to Katherine and she came to me and nature took her course... we laid in bed and talked alone... she is affectionate, sensitive, and very feminine girl with a calm and cool exterior... four years earlier, she lived in Washington and was a Congressman's secretary with another girl... (Katherine Moynihan in 1986, 1989, and now was smoking hot and was related to NY and the Moynihan lineage of an Irish Senator; smoking drop dead hot and a straight A student. Meaner than hell, she would explode with fury out of nowhere; now I have a surrogate upstairs and a dog face pile of duo) ...One evening when Catherine came home from worked, she found her apartment mate's body lying in a pool of blood on the floor. She had been raped and killed by a Negro intruder. That is why Kath-ring bought a pistol and kept it..." Describes Katherine arrested by a gun raid; explains when she was a college student, she was a liberal but not the way we see liberals; Katherine is marketed as not a bigot and racist, receiving books and being awakened while in college; "she learned the system's equality hoax... about the Jews... decomposition of races... acquiring the sense of racial identity... lifetime of brainwashing... sea of chaos... lost her job as result of the arrest and went to work for the organization." Katherine is linked to George, a married man; George and Katherine are assigned to this unit.

Katherine is the sly and sneaky spy who looks like a model and a Queen. She caught my eye in 1986, 1987, 1989, 1990 in my college classes and phone calls. Katherine is described as a master of disguise and make-up; an FX specialist. The author describes romance and sex with Katherine; I describe my love life shut down and severe jealousy. Day and night of arguments, tricks, and attacks by women who were hookers; both online and in real life. Katherine has a duty of proofreader and copyrighter; female author for women. Katherine would show me her body parts really sly in class for the chase; Ann says she is "open ended" in bed and has no reservations of danger or pain. I have not verified this but she came across as a tease, demure, and a straight A student; Ms. Perfect. The one odd facet is her makeup; she looks stupid with makeup, like a Goo-Goo doll. Motorcycles and muscle bikes were new in the 1980s and all these girls had leather jackets and wanted to go riding; also smoking hot bodies. They are using sex and looks to lure guys into insane recruitment plots and chasing their secret life.

They liked me because of the biker danger, straight A grades, long hair, and the total package. It seemed like Linda was training wheels for the real deal; sent to our school to sneak a peak. Her long blonde hair and $300 Benetton dresses caught my eye in the cafeteria; so did her smoking hot cheerleader entourage. This guy "Henry" (Childs) likes to share GF and girls; I got a taste of this in 1986 with my ditzy pal-gal. When I complained or yelled at her, she burst out crying hysterically and was chanting "oh my god I am so sorry, I did not mean it, we were just playing around, etc..." A total basket case and loser who cried hysterically and was incompetent; and a nymphomaniac. Henry would act like a friend while hitting on your chick and having one on one time; passing secrets. Linda would get me so pissed and I wanted to dump her so bad; however, she would explode crying hysterically and it caused me to delay or feel pity. When it came to math, I swear she was retarded. When it came to sex or intimacy; there were no bounds but she would get defensive sometimes and explode in fear or cry as if she was being violated; weird. Remember, I am only a teen and in HS; so I cannot tell who the predator is.

McDonald: the only person I know whose name is Mc or MacDonald is Rob M. He does not go to our school and lives way out there in Vienna. I knew him through a guy named Jim Laswell; whose father works for the Pentagon. Jim after HS moved to New Orleans and was a diver for Oil Platforms. There were also girls from Louisianans named Sherette and Sharlene; I do not know their last names. Rob M. got his name by going out with and "bagging" a girl name K. Bowman; thus the stories of her were hot. There was a lot of rumor mongering and guys who tried to date Vienna HS girls only; homey, chubby, cheerleader, and rich types. All of them go to Vienna HS; an all white and very rich area. I had a few iRush friends and through parties and contacts; met and began to merge with other schools. There were several suspicious people; most notably was a black guy who looked radical and insane and his white girl named Amber. They were not from the area or our school; only came to visit and meet everybody. He looked like Jimmy Hendricks and was let in on just about everything imaginable illegal. There was a lot of drugs, sex, and partying going on; a lot. As I said, I left the scene due to constant distractions from school, arguments, and dissatisfaction. Then my life exploded and I had to figure out how to get rid of this girl and all these people from my life. I had no idea they were predators, targeting me or recruiters for communists and terrorists. I am only a teenager trying to fit in, get good grades, shine my sport bike and do wheelies, and play a few sports.

LAWSUIT ON NYC; 911 LEGAL CASE AND PROSECUTION; BLAMING THE STATE AND GOVT; PROFITING FROM CRISIS, DISASTERS, AND TERRORISM; MAR 19, 2010

This lawsuit on New York City for the medical expenses of the 911 responders. Let me clarify something important. I am a veteran and come from a military family. My father has never gotten a dime for his battles or injuries. I have never come after the Army or military for injuries in battle; I focus this on those who attack us and whose duty is to put their body in the way. In other words, as a military veteran I am obligated to endure risk to place my body between those who are doing harm and those who are being harmed. It can be a deadly game and those who are behind this are ultimately responsible. The 911 responders, by suing the City of New York has neglected that insurance and profit was the outcome or motive. They can pressure the city in other ways to give a truthful or full investigation and fact check or hire an independent truth seeking investigation. However, to place the blame on NYC or their employers is like suing the military for battle wounds. Had they sue the owners of the building or those who profited from their tragedy; then the exact name or the exact organization is more precise. Seeking random blame or seeking a mystery of a city is not how we sought this. We caught those behind it by being proactive and using our own kidnaping and crisis to determine what was happening to our life.

Our suit is private and a civil one; directed at civilians and those who are linked to espionage or other governments. If they are implicated to those who sought insurance or profit; they can seek punitive damages; not obligate their employers because it was their job to run into a burning building. The same can apply to Israel. Israel cannot sue the Palestinians for injury; the Palestinians will say they incite trouble and waged war. Israeli citizens cannot sue the government of Jerusalem or Israel for death, injuries, or permanent scars. We can name a specific person now. We can identify the exact crime or violation they committed. We can break up each violation and how it grew to something much bigger than them; New York City did not take advantage of or exploit those injured. They hired them to perform the same or equal duties other emergency personnel are required to. Someone took advantage of them; that is who they are seeking and trying to destroy. This is pure insanity by a very insidious enemy on our borders and I myself am called a "common nigger" hourly by the unions while they claim to help or try all day to push me out; I am not even the problem but I am forced to put my body in the way of lunatics, spies, and terrorists. They refuse to sue their mom or dad for bringing them to bear the sting of life or failure. To sue the police for a crime committed by a criminal; you must prove gross error or negligence; even false imprisonment or malicious prosecution. We are proving malice and conspiracy; so we will win a judgment even if it is every hour or for twenty years of this harassment. You have to show they did it, were acting in malice, error, or conspired to cover up secrets; and then perpetuated or repeated the act in a forthright, deliberate, and gross negligence or as a weapon of homicide.

We are forced to endure and repel attacks for the past decade and had a serial predator stalk us for over twenty years. We got them and are trying to make them stop, pay, and end their careers. Their story, "we are scared... do not know what to do... superior... smarter... in control... want you to obey or leave... are the oppressors... in charge... this is their home... etc." This is a tyrant and lunatic on US soil; this nation is in crisis because there is a breach in security. You must catch them and set a trap for them because they are here to steal everything and blame others. I cannot blame the US military for wars or battles; they cannot blame NYC for wars or battles; the fact it is on our soil is grounds to go after who are. Our case is slander and the result of catnapping or taking us as a prisoner; none of that occurred to these emergency responders and it is unfortunate their frustration led to an aimless lawsuit. New York is behind population increases or immigration problems; now it is responsible for vast population decrease which is the problem with communism in America. The liberals know they are going to be on the receiving end of tax problems, sanitation problems, and blind hate or rottenest. Do I like it? No. Do I want them gone? Yes. Am I doing my part? I think so. Had they sued for safety standards or failure to provide equipment; then liability is clear; acting in gross negligence or error. It sounds like a double trap we are in; two sided attacks on an entity that has no accountability. There is no malice from New York City but they are slow to acquire the facts for fear of being sued themselves. It took us over 10 years and we are still bait. If you can prove malice or conspiracy; then you can win it.

About the 'new' Predator Israel has just come out with; they are in a case and investigation. I hold the Admiral who invented the Predator responsible because the Predator is on secured top secret bandwidth and highly classified networks. I have an imprint of Special Forces and military units in my mind and I do not know if others feel it; but there is a slip or decline. The old guard and conservative is no longer there. The small scrappy and tough it out type has been replaced by a defensive athlete. I sense a lack of camaraderie and almost like a police state. I cannot describe it as liberal; but I sense a transformation and too intimidating or domineering. The diplomat and the respect is not as solid as before; a rogue or a gang mentality is there. I sense labor or strong physical emphasis. It feels like a bad atmosphere or danger; as if you do not belong. I sense a dangerous cult like atmosphere different than the diplomat days. Things are taken too serious and underground or rogue; as if the wrong people are taking over. I watch the tapes and footage of other militaries and get a different sensation; they say it is the result of Generation X who has different goals in life. That sense of tradition or solid expectation is gone.

Most of our young troops are in Afghanistan and some on their 4th or 5th combat tours; that leaves only a few fresh young troops ready on a moment's call; so mobilizing 10,000 or 1,000 in 24 hours shows how difficult and how prepared these troops are. If there is a case where alarms were triggered all over the place, this is a really good case and a really good example of triggering a lot of alarms; nobody was feet dragging or rambling incoherently; so it was as good as it can get but the magnitude of the disaster is not yet fully understood until the manpower arrives and the possibility of hostilities is circumstantial. There is a time span to set up an operation and coordinate the expanding personnel needs; however, allowing several million people to roam freely in Haiti in a state of suspended animation is not advisable. The UN were the first on the scene and suffered medical overloads and casualties. If we rank the first responders, it should be the Haitian government. Consider if 2000 people arrived in Haiti; how would they move around, where are the helicopters, get fuel, and find their way back?

Apparently, they have figured out a way to terrorize and pester others. Remember, this police and secret government survives on crime and also the mercy and kindness of the most inferior. They were and had been giggling all day long; however, they feel the event in Haiti is funny and a joke. The joke is on them. Haiti is a violent nation; in 7 days the conditions will begin to double and escalate; water, food, conditions all deteriorate within the first week. Then the violence will erupt. So the politics of this inferior creature was laughing all day long when they do not even recognize the danger or developing situation. This police were sitting all day as if they were my partner in crime and working close to us. We will give those two weeks and check back. The weak on crime is just about to become very violent. So they were on good behavior for one day, one fucking day; and now they got two weeks. This insistence we are partners in crime when we know they are walking dead. Now the Tim MACV of politics is going into the disaster business. They claim they are our partners in crime. We offer them two choices, get out of our life or pull the squad car over and let us out. Maybe tragedy will smarten or liven them up a tad, this is total utter disaster.

I have never dealt with such an inferior menace and such an annoying police presence. I think the joke is on them but they giggle and keep thinking we are their partners in crime; we are not and they are in near terminal death. I am not offering anything until certain conditions and factors listed are met. I am the de jure leader so they can make up any story they wish until it is verified; I cannot increase the danger on their life; they hit the ceiling. This is what happens when officer Tim McV. is made a police officer and we have to deal with him every single god damn day; we have to listen to how much of a hero and how helpless we are as their partners in crime. If you thought New Orleans was a total disaster, multiply this by five. This is a violent society and a tourist industry only; however, those who live by the sword, die by the sword. The ability to recover the number of bodies is impossible in two weaks. They better institute martial law and protective orders.

1. A small family package or single package that is dirt cheap. You can buy anti-bionics, skin creams, and common or known ailments via mail order or internet.
2. A on-off package specifically for females. Cut out the male things; women are very self conscious about their sexuality or personal care. It should be based on their age and lifestyle; naturally, the older you get the more serious the coverage can be. We are talking very inexpensive and loaded with goodies if a female entrepreneur puts her mind to this enterprise.
3. The government can offer the basic package (number 1) free with assistance (matching system or HMO copay, or other). The idea is to remove the quick and easy things and do it via mail order or automated. Mail order or internet is dirt cheap, ask eBay and internet buyers.

Women know women's needs. The government does not need to administer health for a sexually active or a non active female. Married women and older women need more intensive or specialized care coverage in a family program. Like a cell phone, you add more or upgrade it as you need it. Eventually, you will have a plan that is unlimited and for a very good reason. People just do not have the time to wait or get stuck with something they do not want or need; especially if it is just to get a refill or the same thing everybody else has. If you get permission, then people just mail order it. I had to go and get a god damn check about how I was a threat to liberals when I document the problem clearly and who we caught; yet they are going around saying how they are ready to die and have four pages of felony charges for terrorism and a crime spree. It came out to 5 grand for 5 days; the military paid 2 grand only. Now you show me where fraud and waste is a problem.

DUCK AND THE STORY OF HOW TO CATCH A GENERAL; IN CHARGE OF THEIR OWN TRIAL; PARTICIPATING; HAVE NOT BEEN INDICTED YET; JAN 4, 2010

Briefing: All fighters size up their opponents. To look in their eyes and see the soul; to know the expression on their face when they know a master is before them. There are honorable fighters and then there is the useless ones. In war, it is different. You have the ones who are long range; then you have the ones who cannot hit anything and think the closer they get; the better. A master has no weakness; a fool is totally exposed. The ones who are perfect at war are always at the farthest distance; but the ones least able to hit anything always are tempted by the fallacy of their mistakes; they can become better; the closer they get the better of a chance. We can bait it or we can sit and watch; then eliminate possible suspects or opportunities. When the box is smaller; so is the evidence trail. What do they want now that they could not get before? Scratch off love and peace; scratch off what we have won. There is more on the strategy sheet of this clumsy and obnoxious enemy.

This is an enemy who seeks distance; access, proximity; the ability to terrorize. So we can scratch off all crimes that require large space or gaps. Then determine which one they enjoy most; best at, or give them a hole to run through. If you can wait, then you can lure them; if you cannot, then they won. There is no reason to come close when you are in a submission hold from a distance. A master will recognize the range and take them on the ground immediately for a submission; so they do not get up and try again. This enemy breaks all the rules; they live and abide by no rules or follow any sense of honor in love, peace, or war. Thus, they are weak on crime and it always leads to violence. However, they never leave evidence of struggle or evidence of a robbery. Now the table is turned and they must come close; must. They now will overpower or loose; ask them what their choice will be? We can keep the score as they come closer; so far it is 10 to 0; and it depends on who is telling the story.

After they breach the outer defenses; you get behind them, never in front and let them guide you to the target. When they enter the core, then you seal it; ask how you get out? 1. In charge of the trial and terrorism prosecution, police, security. 2. It is self defense and you were chasing after some attack; you are a hostage being rescued. 3. You have an alibi or a good explanation; so let’s hear it. We have a 100 per cent positive ID and they still do not know what happened or what evidence was accumulated on them. When you are in a trap; there are very few options or strings to pull; so many people to rescue; and with very little time; deception is the key and the entry doors must be guarded in the core. You cannot leave the core, so you have to defend it with the hostages and the police. Oddly, we were the first responders, not them. Oddly, that roadmap does not belong to them and we have theirs. They must be in danger and have taken immeasurable risk to get so close to the best; this is not kiddy level we are at. Of those limited choices, what was the choice and observation of each of the suspects?

HOW TO FIGHT THIS ENEMY AND WHAT WE OBSERVED; HOW TO CATCH THEM PARTICIPATING IN THE CRIME AND MURDER SPREE

The game they are playing is called “Where is your General now.” It is a classic game played when captured Kings and Queens. We will try to explain who they are by the strategy and what we did; it is a graphical and metaphorical representation. Let’s pretend what our disguise is. Our disguise is the best; the best sniper and shooter on the battlefield. There is nothing to match, nothing. Our gift is brag and propagandizes this; however, it is a game of deception and mistakes. Our creed and raison deter is what others can do we do three times the distance, one shot only and two if they smarter, and the best position is a birds nest where you see everything. So others know we are legends.

We were monitoring something coming on our position and base; some enemy and very bad casualty rates; to radio back and determine why they were not fighting well or why all of these high casualty. Was it some trap out there? Was it a super enemy? What about their methods and tactics can we learn by observation; to radio back all movements and details. My scope is powerful, I can see everything; nobody is allowed to use it or know how powerful my sight is. It is designed only for me and I do not share my tactics and equipment until retired. So each time our forces moved out; I was sent also; but to trail back and observe. I have orders of engagement I must follow and have missions to accomplish; I am the one who sent them out there.

So we knew it or something was out there. We saw it, it screamed at us all the time, we knew how to sneak up on it and not be detected. I sat there and watched. I watched as our forces did patrols; then I began to see it and see them. They slaughtered indiscriminately. When they were done, they turned their sights on our own forces. Then they made up a story how fierce of a fight it was out there and they took heavy casualties. My base wants to know also so here is what it sounds like, “base to Reece, targets engaged, targets using civilians, targets took out all sides, targets killing their own men, targets killing women and children; base to Reece order to take out confirm?” Base would say negative; and we would talk to them when they came back in.

This enemy out there was really far; if I showed my ability or range; they would fix on my position or know I am the best. So I only watched. Sometimes, I would play with them; to draw their fire and muzzles. I needed a head count. I can hit the button off their shirt and I know this. They are preparing an attack and thinning off our forces. They are drawing and ambushing; to attack base. There are too many of them; I cannot spot their leader or General. However, I spot their field commander. So I concoct a plan.

Each time he picks up his gun; I will shoot it. Eventually, he will know how good I am and how far away I am; three times the distance of the best. I want them to know I am there. They begin to unload on me. I call base each and every time they engage. “Base, they are useless and undisciplined, they cannot hit anything and unload all they have, and they have nothing this range.” So we can scratch the second off the list. The next time our forces go out; we trail and watch them through a scope. Where is their leader? We will wipe them out. None. Scratch the third off the list; their leaders are hidden.

He knows who is out there now and how good; three times the distance of the best he has scene; perfect and 10 for 10; no misses and disciplined. They send their best. One day, I see his flash while our forces were on patrol. This guy is the best I have ever seen. He can hit at half my distance but he also sprays and prays. I can see him now. He is not there the next time our patrol goes out for some reason. I watch to see if they send another one; none. This is a fat, clumsy, and obnoxious enemy. One who at distance is frustrated; to improve, they must come close and be stronger. The danger is imminent when in their range; by numbers but never at a distance. You can see them falling over each other and themselves all day long; unable to hit anything and using strategy to come close; so you lead them, slow them, close down roads, open others, and pick and choose. When they score better; you know you have their leader and General.

They are getting closer. They build up and strength is stronger; they are planning a massive attack. I am sent out there by myself. I choose my time and place. I dig, use the earth and will radio base. “Base this is Reece, I am ready, send them a message.” I wait and they begin to grab their arm and come in numbers. I unload and give away my position. Then at three times the distance, I start toying with them. They circle me and decide not to harm me because I cannot shoot anything. They think I am another idiot and pamper me so long as I am willing to join them. Then I duck in my hole and they are all gone. Where did my buddies go? “Base, this is Reece, they disappeared like ghosts.” They failed to impress me or recruit me. I will try again.

I sit there bored. They do not come back. I start writing songs. I have a pet now. Then one day; an army showed up in their base. I unload but nobody home. I look for their General; none. I go back and play with my pet. Then out of nowhere, they arrive and were waiting. I tell them some jokes and offer them to touch my gun; it is a neat scope, try it. They tell me I am crazy; I agree. I tell base to stop laughing and do not trigger me. When it is quiet and they said what they said before; I duck. They go ballistic and begin to scream “wait, wait… our leader wants to talk.” I tell them I am not here to talk and duck again. They ask me if I have a mental illness; I say no. I duck again and they say, “wait, wait… our General wishes to talk to you.” I say prove she is your General.

It starts to work well so I keep ducking and demanding to see their leader. I am not happy with theirs or how ignorant they are. Then one day, someone showed up in our own uniform. It was the base commander. The base commander was talking to their Generals, shaking their hands. He comes up to me and says it is time to come home; he is my General. I duck and call base; “base this is reece.” When I looked up, he was nowhere to be seen. I asked the enemy forces where he went. They tell me they did not know and saw nothing.

Now when I duck, they get really paranoid. Whatever I want; food, water, women, coconuts! They tell me to leave. I refuse and tell them I am insane and want to talk to their leader; their General. Then I begin to show them my skills. I want to join or be recruited if I can talk to their General. Our General is missing and base did not say anything yet. They send a politician and I speak to them. I think it is a trick and act nuts; then they are fed up with the games and begin to ask me some questions.

I tell them, it all depends on how you see the story can you understand how you were exposed. I end up in control of their forces and the enemy command; I stop the attacks on our forces and also obtain all of their plans, goals, and strategies. Then I radio base and tell them it is a more fair fight and I can lie to them all day because they are so stupid and blind. They do not even know who I am and what I am up to; but their men see more clearly now and think it is all just a dumb game so they can get a check and eat. It is so funny how I can literally pretend to be like them when they already know the story. I duck; I knew I had their General now. They have no clue and idea that I am. If they ever question me, I just show them my scope and how far I can see; I show them my skills and they cannot fight I am better. They now know it is me. I can call any of their Generals now; pick their brains, and obtain all of their plans. Is it too late for them?
