SEPTEMBER 28, 2009: 29 DAY CHALLENGE AND DEADLINE TO WIPE THEM OUT AND GET THE 911 TERRORIST OUT OF MY HOME OR RESIDENCE BUILDING; CAN YOU DO IT OR NOT?

• Now the story is we are messing with his wife (upstairs) and he is sick of it and will call 911 to get us out. They want a fight and have been for three full years. Nobody knew who was doing this and it was unraveling; we know now who is doing it and they have been exposed. We keep hearing in close quarters from upstairs, “they know everything.” Before it was “they know everything… we do not know what to do… we do not want to die.” Now it is about blowing up the FBI, Dealta, and counter terrorist units because we are blowing smoke up their asses. They keep saying “here we are” and why we are fighting them; as if we are united or some family. They say anything and do anything to get out of this; but are hardcore communists. Get them in court and perjury is easy; then do not set bond or a limit on their detention. We did the hard part and caught them already. They are reading the charges and know we know everything; they repeat it and clone or copy it.
• He said they were going to blow up and attack the FBI, Dealta Force, and counter terrorist forces because one person can take out 20 or them; they are feared and blow smoke up their asses. So I am directing all counter terror forces on them upstairs and in 29 days will read about how they blew up the FBI, Dealta, and secret units; they will get the fight of their life and are blowing smoke up our asses! You will not win this struggle or invasion letting them instill fear or mouth off; what they call us blowing smoke in their asses. They are taunting us now about blowing up any arrest attempt and the courage it takes at that moment; give them 29 days to prove it and the fight of their life. • They can read the affidavit. They know what they are being charged with and what my lawyer has levied against them; however, they have no responded. All they are saying is “blow up the FBI… Dealta… blowing smoke up their ass… leave their wife alone.” See what will happen when they get perjury in court about this case; what evidence we collected over 20 years. Why would they blow up the FBI when they are not communist and terrorist infiltrators; not traitors or some foreign mole? Does their story make any sense? Then explain the car vandalism, laundry being vandalized, and pictures of vandalism. Now explain the banging and the dent on the hood. Now explain the rashes on the laundry and the warts on the hands which date back only after 1998. Explain what I said to the police about hearing someone walking in my apartment while washing my car (he said it was them upstairs). • The state of New York is financing them or behind it also; then it is the local government. He is getting public assistance but calls his “wife” some arrangement which pressures them to do as they are told by the city. In other words, he is getting his orders from the city and then the state of NY or else his public aid is cut off. They are also convicted felons and calling the police on the primary 911 investigators and cold case murder geniuses? Something does not make a god damn ounce of sense here.
• If I am investigating a murder or terror plot; get the hell out of my face, way, and stop attacking every hour of every day. Stop accusing me of what I am investigating and saying it is me. We will fine them 1 million dollars for each time they create a crisis, incident, or attack; thus one million in fine for each time after the a felony kidnapping charge. So they said they wish a fight; I am directing counter terror forces to give them this fight; either they fight them as they claim or say; or get out of this investigation and raid. I am fed up with the lack of confidence and trust; to view others on my own side as low life and lazy; wait until the last minute; let someone do the work; and just bad work. It is just complaint driven or you get accused of moaning and crying. Even Ann Coulter, who has 20 years in this and is the smartest of the bunch, is viewed as a total jackass. She is in a state of total confusion; a woman who beat all of them even scored low. That will give you an idea why the enemies and how easy of a prey this country is. It is a state of confusion and driving us insane. As the lead investigator and the biggest victim in all of this who made it out alive; I am hounded daily and laughed at; yes they are in our home and upstairs. That is just shows you what kind of a laughing stock and how insane they are. To sit next to us or go on TV in front of the public and get caught; then lie and cover it up as they boost and increase their efforts. I don’t see any security or the right one if it exists; I see low life and very terrified people whose government has made them into frightened and dependent human beings hyping up freedom and oratory skills. Every hour of every day for the past three years, I am told I am crazy and will never catch them and they infuriate from above. Listen, they are upstairs and talking to us. When you view 3000+ deaths and civilian deaths 100X; we see 3000 as too many soldiers expended over 7 years. In terms of previous wars, it is an uncanny and stark contrast. So when people say the removal of Saddam Hussein was not a bad thing; but the atmosphere of the Iraq War had a very unusual feeling to it. Saddam was removed and a new government was installed; that is not a problem but I am not enthusiastic or advocating a scale of little bang for little bucks as I saw.

There are critics of both Iraq and Afghanistan who advocate the escalation of troops, results in the expansion of war or a fight to the death. In some form, that is a reality of warfare. However, when we send 20 people in a burning building, the building should not collapse or be on fire. When you fight a fire, the more men means the smaller the fire. However, there are critics who ration more soldiers means a bigger war. In the instance with Vietnam, escalation meant a bigger war; that is true. Escalation led to more North Vietnamese and Viet Cong flooding to the battlefield in the South; this is true. However, this is a false argument and fallacy of observation.

Masters of war and those who go to a fight ill equipped and wishing to die for a cause that is evil and illogical are the most dangerous enemies on this earth. If I send in one trained and well equipped soldier and the enemy sends in 3 with sticks or pitch forks; you have what we call the most dangerous enemy and possible foe. All they would need is the weapon to carry out their dreams and the idea they are the masters of reality. The fact is if they were to send a brigade and attack helicopters to match a smaller contingency of armor and air calvary; then this sort of enemy would not be present. We see this in the immediate and this enemy attacking upstairs. They are a VC-AC element. Also, we see this similar kind of mentality over the last 10 years while the finger pointing and blame is back at us.

More guns means a safer environment? More guns and more people mean someone wants a fight. More soldiers means a fight to the death. When I bring a GE mini gun to a fight and an enemy brings a ball and chain; that is a madman and lunatic. To show up to a fight to a death is an act of suicide and stupidity. When bombs are dropped by B52 all day; the result is not to go out to dinner or the movies. The act itself, like the act of warfare we witnessed and were kidnapped by was identical to what we are seeing in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Having drafted and using a very invincible strategy during the Persian Gulf War; we are able to see a lot of credible material to base our current mindset. Iraq showed an enemy and showed a fight; the removal of that problem was not a problem but it is not good to walk around and carry a big stick as the Bush Administration did while being wracked with scandal everywhere and having such a low IQ.

The rule and potential of every man's each other man's potential murderer applies. More humans to the battle means someone wants a fight; who is that someone and what are they prepared to do in order to win this fight? Ill equipped and with rudimentary means; this problematic appeal we are experiencing in our own private life has kidnapped and taken us hostage; to declare them managers, bosses, and our protection. We delineate the stages and periods we had to extol our own personal risk to seek the goals and outcomes we desired or needed. We also rationalize the sacrifice or the emotional toll of the injustice and the callous disregard for other human beings and human life by this bunch and menace. War is not profit or a business; it may be when we are growing up and makes good conversation. However, the escalation in Afghanistan is not a mistake.

The data is not with certainty. Had Afghanistan been a priority; then the need removal of the Caliban would be more needed than Saddam. To say Saddam was removed and a bad world arrived, is a false directive. To say one man is more dangerous than a long embattled and constant warring clan who has tried to invade and dominate the region since the late 1970s; indicates the mistake. When you are on a march and carry limited supplies; you must avoid battles so you can arrive on time and have the strength and energy to outlast the enemy. I question the wisdom of placing Iraq over Afghanistan; but the Caliban is a more fierce and a more deadly force; it is much better for them to look at the Persian Gulf War and Iraq and make a conscious and rational decision to end what has been a failed effort to take over Afghanistan. It is called the Soviet Vietnam for a reason. To the terrain and the insurmountable challenge; the use of asymmetrical warfare such as Predators drones, Apache gunships, and small units spread out has proved to be effective. There is an enemy who wants a fight there and they will not win it.

THE DETAILS OF THE BOMBING IN BEIRUT AND THE 911; ALONG WITH THE RAID ON THE DOMESTIC HQ AND RELIGIOUS GROUP; SEPT 12, 2009

This is about Pentagon policy and who controls the militaries of this world. In one sense, it is about money; in another, it is about soft on crime or corruption. At heart is about killing and man killing man; they cannot win and must figure a way to raid the castle when the gate is both up and down. They claim to be our teachers and managers; how this is about money; to go away and stop bothering; they are the voice of the people; our life teachers and national coaches; and they were wrong about communism and the cold war because they did not know what we were doing either. The easiest thing to do when you do not know is to kill or use human bait to capture and study an enemy. Hence, we get this sinister plot and this humongous predicament.


Specific facts relating to this case and the legal pressure or going after us:
• The initial felony is in the 1960s and Vietnam; however, when it first occurred in our life and was noticeable was the bombing of Beirut, Lebanon and the retaliation on the Marine Barracks; it is a message to go away and stay away; we did not know who sent the letter bomb. We do now.
• The second hit was when I was in High School. I worked for a legal defense fund for the unions; so they bombarded my life and circle of friends with the powerful union kids who had lawyers in DC.
• The third hit if you call it this is when Special Forces called me in during the Persian Gulf War. The General who had wanted me on board and in that war; as my start up is no longer living. I was called in and told to report; then I was retired quickly because our mission was insane. We had world war coming and the communist had just collapsed; I was activated. Ann came to DC right away and we were basically married; I began to be briefed and knew what to do or how to start this. I made a list of supplies and what I needed; then was sent to training and spent over 3 years under drill sergeants; that is basic training for almost three years. They mistook me as a Dealta Force commander because I was surrounded by them but nobody knew; they only wore Ranger Tabs. We were after and knew the chase was on; in full swing. We want them for Beirut and know they will hit and strike again; Ann is going to be coming to DC like the Marines in 1979 and Reagan. The entire place was turned upside down for a world war and standoff.
• We knew whoever it was behind this would strike and had tried to block my security clearance; we only had a general profile; I was told to choose specific friends and had all different ones; a slew. We wanted to know who or when they would strike; I did have sex with some of the girls before marriage. We are doing a checklist to see who is stalking and who this serial killer is. To build a profile; then Ann is coming to DC and will be by my side; they will return and they will hit.
• This has to do with the chase and the US embassy in Saigon, VN where this war was ran out of. Why my family was targeted and why we are not allowed to complain, see our kidnappers, and have a death sentence. We got the full Monty of their crimes and they said “what are you going to do about it?” Then they have the police ready to say “no you will not…we are the police now.”

I told Ann and several of my team members in 1989 when this began; “we are going to get torn apart” and was expecting this. However, we did not expect it at this level and on the level of openness we saw; they tried to block my background check in broad daylight neglecting we were undercover to see what they were up to or where they would hit; to see if they would follow us through life. Here they are now! They are the ones who did Beirut, 911 and a lot of the terrorism in America; they are at the core communist sleepers and moles; super duper secret. We knew and know they are after space weapons and SDI. They think I am wearing a wire; check with my lawyer Ann; she is the historian. How detailed is Ann? There was chaos around DC at the time; they were all around and we did not know who was who. We had security and the Pentagon to drive them away while under age 18; they ignored it. Always had a reach and could touch us when they wanted. There is a lot of fighting going on all over the world and on US soil; we know they will hit and are coming.

In 1989 one night, I went to Baltimore, MD; the worst part and would walk through the drug infested neighborhoods trying to be mugged. I had armor on and a backup team; to practice under cover work. This was when I learned hand to hand; I also had a firearm and it was a federal weapon; traced to an agent who would clear this up; a Berretta 9mm. They were brand new at the time made in Accokeek, Maryland and on Indian Head Highway. We were making contact with the underworld and that was how we summoned the Joker, the Dons, and this huge underworld. What happened that night was a fight. To get that fight, we pretended to be buying drugs; I had on a bullet proof vest and armor, a butterfly knife, and a Berretta. As I said, we are after and a clandestine unit after the terrorist behind the Beirut bombing; they were watching us and we know and knew they were still. They turned DC upside down and this group was homicidal; killed a lot of human beings; a lot. This is why Baltimore is coming up now or is being mentioned (Acorn video and the State’s attorney who is controlled by the Catholic Church.) That is who we are or were trying to contact; they were trying to contract us.



We took the initiative and knew who. Baltimore is a catholic stronghold and home of Lord Baltimore. It is also home to the Naval academy and several other things near DC; the other side of the river. To draw a serial killer out, you need to be mugged or kidnapped by them; this is what we did. It would not be until 1993 when we got back from the Army; then 1998 and then 2001 when this sparks up. They are paranoid and losing it; feel we have a conspiracy on them; we are drawing them out and to the surface. They got us or know what took place that night in Baltimore, MD and the fight; they just ran off. I said to tell who you work for to pack it up; a lot of them and with no makeup or disguise. I did have a backup team; like right now; they still cannot detect a wire or see them. There goal here is to isolate and scare off who comes in our family or near their champion; that is new champion and messiah. Chosen and hand picked as the favorite among the Generals. To what extend is their surveillance and capability? We are determining this now. Is it an alien or the devil? Some supernatural power we still do not know or can capture? Ask the FBI how they catch serial killers? We did the same thing; but this is a terrorist and this SOB is deadly.

As my lawyer, they are using this against me and to dignify the targeting of me and how my background check was revoked or how they claim to be investigating; they deny a sting is in progress and a trap. The timeline will show the events and the felony; when did the felony begin and how we responded or captured them; some of it is not good and when you fight deadly terrorists slaughtering US and allied soldiers; you have to think everything out. The trick is to draw them out; find out what they want; find out what or how they want to talk or hit you again. That is what we did and why it went from Beirut to Oklahoma City to 911; it is the same people and we are talking to them. These people (the communist and radical left) feel a conspiracy in underway and we sabotaged communism by trying to pick a fight and outspend them; then use debt to finish them off.

All this came to a crashing halt as I instructed Ann in 2006; I go this way and she go that way. I told her I want to live at the beach but have to set a trap; to use the border and Canada. I would log anybody stalking or tailing me and they are walking into a trap. It never was up and running because I was not granted dual citizenship. So we changed this on US soil only as Ann was to meet me up in Canada anyway she could and she decided she could not wait. I had to change the use of Canada and Ann delivered their heads. She had had enough of this sexual harassment and had gotten caught and was their prisoner also; they tried a second time to scare off anybody who got near me. This time, they found out the hard way who she really is and what we were up to; it all goes back to 1979 and the Reagan years.

They hit Reagan also, trust me and with a momma’s boy. I had the same problem in my life as I report this. The Marines do embassy security and load retired or former people at the State Department as security details. That is how the Marines got in this as the Vietnam War was ran out of the US embassy and my father was an attaché there and ran South Vietnam. It is no big deal to us; but it is to others; however, these people and this threat do not see it that way and mistreat us severely. They are the kidnappers and who bombed the Marines and these embassies; the Marines retaliated on them. They know this also. They know the Marines are still seeking revenge and trying to capture them dead or alive; but we were mistaken as Southern Command and Dealta Force commanders and they were going to blow up who was behind this by tiring or using us as bait.

I specifically gave the order not to commit and to let me try a third trap with the MRI satellite and that blew up on me badly. They are nasty and deadly and cannot go back; they know they will be executed. Hannity says he is sorry and has apologized, what more do we want? He says he is coming after us and knew about how they tried to block my background check; but they never struck. I report circling us and bombarding us with suspicious people (Liebig, Moynihan, Clinton, Hwang, unions, etc…); then bringing them back after I was arrested and in a coma and brain dead in 2005. I was a vegetable and had to be cared for by my family; not even able to buy groceries or go to the supermarket. They think we know but not yet fully convinced; once we ruined and headed out of the country; all the effort and work was going to be for nothing; so they emerged and we jumped on them immediately for the first time. Ann jumped my bones and we had our fun; then they struck and the siege was on from 2008 to the present.

Now they are in the trap and we know they do not have a case; we will ask them again if they remember the events and why we are after them before they complain or apologize, then say “if that is not enough then bring it on.” They feel they merely did not know what they were doing and are very sorry, “we do not know what to do, we do not want to die, we are so sorry” and then they administer the poison and this deadly toxic I say nobody on earth can survive. That is who we are dealing with and who they are. They forget why we are after them; the time line of felonies and why we had to go along with them; they claim they are asking us and teaching us about life; our teachers and do not want anybody to interfere or come in to bother us. It is not a kidnapping and a Jaycee Duggart story; it is a heart warming story how they turned their life around and changed. Hannity said they do not understand and others do not know what this hope is but will.

DETAILS OF OBAMA HEALTH PLAN: ANALYSIS OF THE SPEECH AND OUR ONE ON ONE; SEPT 9, 2009

• First part is for current insurances: Enhance current assurances; prevents onsurance from dropping you; to place a cap on accounts or benefits; cap out of pocket expenses; ban all bankruptcy associated with illness; more security and stability.
• Second part is for no assured sector: If out of job or unemployed allowed to shop for and compete for business, if those who cannot afford the lowest plan and want access, must seek consumer protection plans and use tax credits (do they pay taxes, a decent idea proposed by JJ McCain), if you opt for a default or no coverage (irresponsible behavior cost all of us); all of the misinformation… key controversies still out there.
• Sounds good; who pays and who has the burden of proof? The Supreme Court, Congress, President, or the public? Is this a reform bill or a new system? I need the details and who has the burden of proof. What if something goes wrong? What if the system runs out of money or faces massive overload? What is the contingency plan?

Response: 1. no federal dollars to be funding abortion. 2. Controlled by five or fewer companies. 3. Keep insurance honest like Wall Street and bail outs! 4. Only helpful for those who do not have insurance; says benefits only those who do not have medical insurance now. He needs a bill that says the public insurance bill be a good value, affordable, and be sustainable but does not know yet. He wants Congress to deliver this or else he is going to…

• Prescription drug competition and low balling prices?
• Interstate insurance laws: Federal vs. State regulation?
• Insurance sold federally or only on the state level; what DNC Dean says is something better than nothing?

This is like the historic MLK speech; Congress must figure out how to achieve it. Please revert to the last and final question I am going to ask at the end of the show. Obama says he will consider a nonprofit organization to administer the plan like CAR INSURANCE COMPANIES! Will not happen on his watch and will protect Medicare; easy to solve competition, end of debate; so move on; best man and service wins. Hopefully, most of the cost is alleviated by immediate family and loved ones; and technology and machines; market innovation which the government can supplement. Says preventive medicine is attributing to heavy costs; only if you do not have the money for it! Wars are needed and enemies need to be killed; end of debate on war; if you wish to test this, let us know. Stop using war and peace to blow up the budget and a stick and carrot. We are headed to world war and Bin W messed it up badly. He let the genie out and we still do not know what all he did.

Last and final question not answered: If I have five patients and one pill; I call the government or insurance companies? So the government gives me five pills but adds 20 patients and I call them back; then I am sued; who pays? Oh, while this is being resolved, 9 die and even if I only have five lives saving pills; they are mad and angry and want the truth; to blame me but I blame the government and the government says it is a burden of proof and a cruel hoax; we are all in this together. Summary and analysis: Let’s start on a good foot and see if we can solve the 50 to 60 per cent of the bankruptcies before we take that leap of faith and bankrupt social security and add more taxes or socialize medicine; the public is near revolt because they hate the government and never get an honest answer; a total and cruel hoax of incompetence and false arguments. Even that has been neglected even thought that was the primary objective; terminal or severe illness should not lead to bankruptcy or a life enslaved by high cost and a fear of severe financial fraud and being ripped off by government agencies and regulators? We believe in longevity and individuality choice; end of story. This administration is being judged for opposing us and a history of short term kidnapping and insolent, lies, deceit, and three pages of felony charges.

If and had it worked; then maybe; but it is total lies and fraud; we are made to be the victim of liars and pure criminal homicide. The best politics in this world will not erase three pages of felony charges; so sorry but no deal. Obama is blaming all of it and 911 on Teddy Kennedy and he was behind all of it; not. He was just a screw ball and an Irish immigrant; stop picking on him. He did die a broken man and a failure. He could not speak honestly about what he did or what happened in his life.
